I'm having trouble downloading or opening a PDF, what do I do?
We have an automated system for processing PDF files. Rarely, a PDF file can become corrupted and require a manual reset from our support team. If you experience any trouble or difficulties, please don't hesitate to Contact Us and we will get it fixed right away!.


Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping to most countries in the world. Some of our titles are available through our international distributor and so are available for a discounted international shipping rate. Other titles we can only ship from our office in the United States and so shipping costs will be higher.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS: Due to Covid-19 and Brexit (our international distributor has facilities in the UK) many of our international shipments are significantly delayed. Shipments to most customers in Europe are taking 5-7 weeks to arrive.

Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia are not affected by the shipping delays.

What's the difference between Fenris Publishing and Bewere Books?
The company Fenris Publishing, LLC has two publishing imprints: Fenris Publishing and Bewere Books. From Wikipedia: An imprint of a publisher is a trade name under which it publishes a work. A single publishing company may have multiple imprints, often using the different names as brands to market works to various demographic consumer segments.
